If a panel is damaged or faulty - DO NOT ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT. We will do our very best to supply you with a replacement panel as soon as possible.

Please contact the store from where you have purchased the product. They are required to fill out a service report which will be faxed or emailed to us.

Some panels can be sent directly to your address - larger panels will be delivered to the store where you purchased the product from.

Please provide the store with all necessary details incl.

part no. from assembly instruction
 wood grain or colour
nature of damage
your name and full address
your telephone no.
